HOT RUSH DELIVERY SERVICE

When you have little or no time between ordering your floor and that studio opening or upcoming performance... rely on the Stagestep Hot Rush Delivery Service. First, we ship your floor within 24 hours of receipt (in stock product only). We hot rush your order via truck. We call you with all the details of the shipment and an estimated time of arrival. We monitor the trucking company to make sure they expedite your order. There is a 10% surcharge for this service. Your Stagestep sales representative will assist you. Expedited shipping is also available at Stagestep an extra charge.

TERMS AND AVAILABILITY

In stock- 2 days to three weeks delivery depending on destination. Special orders 3 to 8 weeks.

SHIPPING

Flooring will be shipped FOB Philadelphia or unless otherwise arranged.

All other products will be shipped prepaid UPS or FedEx unless shipped with flooring via interstate trucking. All freight prepaid or C.O.D.

Please note that truckers are not obliged to make inside deliveries. It is your responsibility to transport flooring from truck into your facility.

For shipments outside the continental U.S., including orders to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other international destinations, must call Stagestep to discuss shipping cost.

Stagestep is not responsible for delays in shipping once product has left our warehouse.

Flooring is shipped via interstate trucking. Cost is determined by weight and distance. Stagestep will be happy to quote shipping costs. We discount all published rates.
