FINANCING YOUR NEW FLOOR
Financial Services brings you the option of flexible financing on a lease/ purchase program designed especially for the fitness and performing arts community. Newly established or veterans, you could be paying as little as $75 a month for your flooring. Just mention your interest in the program and we will get you in touch. They will take your application on the phone and let you know if you qualify within 48 hours. It's that easy (paperwork may take up to an additional two weeks).
HOT RUSH DELIVERY SERVICE
When you have little or no time between ordering your floor and that studio opening or upcoming performance...rely on the Stagestep Hot Rush Delivery Service. First, we ship your floor within 24 hours of receipt (in stock product only). We hot rush your order via truck. We call you with all the details of the shipment and an estimated time of arrival. We monitor the trucking company to make sure they expedite your order. There is a 10% surcharge for this service. Your Stagestep sales representative will assist you.
IMPORTANT POLICIES
- If you experience any problem with a Stagestep product, you must notify Stagestep within 72 hours of receipt to validate, exchange or credit.
- Stagestep will provide you with the computer tracking number, the ship date, ETA and trucking company.
- Free shipping of certain products means free ground shipping in the Continental U.S. only.
- You can select any trucking company or designate any appropriate means of pickup and transport. If you wish, Stagestep will act on your behalf and will ship the best way unless otherwise instructed.
- Stagestep is not responsible for costs related to the delay, damage or installation of its flooring.
- Floors are shipped FOB our warehouse unless otherwise noted via interstate trucking and fully insured in the customer's name. All claims must be made to the trucking company by the customer.
- Stagestep cannot guarantee a date of delivery. We can and will give you our best estimate.

CONDITIONS OF SALE ARE LIMITED TO THOSE CONTAINED HEREIN. ANY ADDITIONAL
OR DIFFERENT TERMS IN ANY FORMS DELIVERED BY CUSTOMER ARE HEREBY
DEEMED TO BE MATERIAL ALTERATIONS AND NOTICE OF OBJECTION TO THEM
AND REJECTION OF THEM IS HEREBY GIVEN.
BY ACCEPTING
DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES DESCRIBED IN STAGESTEP'S INVOICE
OR OTHER STAGESTEP DOCUMENTATION, CUSTOMER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY
AND ACCEPTS THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE UNLESS CUSTOMER AND
STAGESTEP HAVE SIGNED A SEPARATE AGREEMENT, IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE
AGREEMENT WILL GOVERN.
Failure to notify the need return, replace, or exchange a product within (3) business days from receipt of product will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.
RETURNS
All products must be inspected within 72 hours of receipt. Damage due to shipping or manufacturers defects are covered by insurance. If for any other reason, you wish to return a product that has not been used you must first get an authorization from a Stagestep representative. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee along with shipping costs to return the item.
