SPRINGSTEP IV

The easy subfloor. The nominal 2' x 2' (23.38" x 23.38") x 5/8" (593.85 mm x 593.85 mm x 15.88 mm) pre-fabricated OSB panels, with patented tongue and groove connection system, rest on 18 inch (457.20 mm) long“L” shaped high density foam suspension forms.With 6 foam forms per panel, Springstep IV offers excellent energy absorption and resilience. Panels are sealed for water resistance. Springstep IV’s tongue and groove system allows for easy assembly. The lightweight, 6.5 lb panels can be installed in hours instead of days. No screws. No staples. No nails. No patching. No sanding. It’s 1/4 the work with no tools required. Stagestep's Springstep IV is a multi-purpose subfloor ideal for ballet, tap, modern, jazz and multi-use. Easy to disassemble, move to a new location and re-install.

ORDER OF CONSTRUCTION

• Water seal concrete with 12 mil Vapor Barrier
• Peel and Stick foam forms and place on panel* (6 forms) (see Illustration 1)
• Invert panels and press together staggering seam (see Illustration 2)

* Not necessary with pre-assembled Springstep IV
