Pre-cut rolls should be stated length or longer.  Hence, nominally, pre-cuts will be 10’or 15’.  Do not make any cuts without first measuring full length of roll.  Also, be prepared to cut the last 2-3” of roll with adhesive used to attach vinyl to tube.  Keep tube if you plan to roll up flooring for vertical storage.
